The ROPA Awards are the Distinctions offered for members who have extensive exhibition records and excel to Star levels.  The Proficiency level (PPSA) is first, followed by Excellence (EPSA), Master (MPSA), and Grand Master (GMPSA).  The MPSA and the GMPSA became effective on July 1, 2010 and successful applications after this date will be awarded at the 2011 PSA Conference.  A member applies personally for these levels, giving proof of exhibition recognition from Star Rating records.  Only a PSA member is allowed to use these ROPA letters after their name.
