Peter Kapasakis presented Carole Hagaman, FPSA, her first PSA Membership Star, for referring ten new members to PSA, at the April 14, 2010 meeting of the Camera Club of Richmond.
Mandy Jones received a gift PSA membership from Region 3 Director, Alfred "Fergie" Ferguson.  Fergie earned this gift membership by sponsoring five new members in a year.
The Patrick Henry Photography Club of Critz, Virginia held a Print Workshop.
